It also aims to enhance the observance of spiritual, ecological and holistic worlds views, derived from the perception of connectedness and interdependence.

The essence of holistic healing in a whole person sense, lies I the integrative process, that brings together our minds, our bodies and our spirits, and sees us as interconnected with not only all of society in a cooperative way but also the whole of the Universe. Doctors forget that they see, have souls, minds, bodies and spirits, and that unless we treat the whole person, (the mind, body and spirit) in an integrated way, we will not get results. Not only do we have to treat the mind, we have to treat the matter that the body is made of, so we understand that not only for we treat mind and create mind over matter, we treat matter and create matter over mind. We do this through - Nutrition, Vitamins, Exercise, Meditation, Relaxation and Lifestyle change.

On Social, environmental and health fronts, we are confronting a critical transition. We are facing the results of an epistemology, which focuses on material and rational values, human supremacy and competition for domination. Will this transition be into chaos and cooperation?
